Actual Transparent Window provides access to interesting features of Windows, which first appeared in Windows 2000 to change the transparency of any window. Transparent Windows:

-look beautiful and unusual;
-allow you to visually compare the information (text, images);
-can be used to monitor processes, not closing the main working window.

The degree of transparency can be adjusted from 0% (fully opaque) to 100% (completely transparent, or invisible) in different ways: manually (via an extra button is an Additional button "to Make the window translucent" in the title bar, an additional item in the system menu of the window, hotkey, double click on the window title) and automatically depending on a window state (active/inactive/moved/stretched/under the mouse pointer).
